Note: We allow BB-rated players to play in the B division for these situations.

 1) mentoring new players in the game of volleyball

 2) learning new positions and lineups than the optimized positions for players on the team. If you are typically a hitter, you should be a setter/libero in this division.

3) helping a team maintain competitiveness within the division, but not dominate the division
